Probably climbing Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa!
Also making the sort list..
~ Paragliding in the Alps (This literally involved jumping off the side of a mountain, it was terrifying)
~ In my PhD I took a 3 month break to go and work in science policy in London. This was amazing, I got to go into the Houses of Parliament and met some of the people who really influence and write the UK’s policies towards science. I also got to meet one of the people who got me excited about genetics, Matt Ridley, who sits in the House of Lords and wrote some amazing popular science books.
~ Going to a science conference in America and meeting some amazing scientists from around the world, then traveling to Boston and New York for a bit of a holiday after!
