• Question: what has scientifcally caught your eye in the news

      There is a lot in the news at the moment about CRISPR, or gene editing technology at the moment. This technology can be used to insert, delete or repair DNA (the instruction manual in our cells) easily and with unbelievable levels of accuracy.

      This has opened up all sorts of opportunities for new medicines and treatments for different diseases, and so has been in the news a lot. I think its super exciting technology, and I cant wait to see how its used next!
