      The totally depends what you’ve been eating 😉

      In general, from mouth to ‘the other end’, it takes between 24 and 72 hours. This doesn’t just depend on the food you’ve been eating, there are other factors like the community of bacteria inside your digestive system. Theres lots of interesting work going on to work out the full effects the gut microbes we have inside us have, this is one to keep an eye out for in the news and science TV programs!
