You can approach neuroscience from lots of different directions, like computer science, physics, chemistry etc, but because neuroscience usually involves working with cells or tissues, studying biology and then neurobiology would be the best route.
I went to University Of Warwick and studied Biochemistry, where I did a neurobiology module (in my 2nd year) and an Integrative Neuroscience module (in my 3rd year), then I did a Masters degree in Neuroscience.
